Join our Patient Participation Group (PPG)
Our Patient Participation Group (PPG) helps us understand the needs and experiences of our patients. The group works with the GP practice to help improve services and support the needs of our community.
Members of the PPG help by:
- reviewing patient feedback and complaint trends
- suggesting topics for discussion and service improvements
- supporting patient education events and activities
We welcome ideas and feedback from all patients and carers registered at the practice.
Who we are looking for
We want our PPG to reflect the different people who use the surgery’s services. We are especially interested in hearing from people who are currently under-represented in the group, including and not limited to:
- parents of young children
- people from ethnic minority communities
- LGBTQ+ people
- people living with disabilities
You do not need any special experience to join.
Meetings
The group meets once a month for about 1 hour.
You can attend:
- in person at the practice, or
- online using Microsoft Teams
If you cannot attend meetings, you can still take part as a virtual member. Virtual members share their views by email or online.
