Have Your Say
The Pall Mall Surgery is committed to ensuring our work is with our patients and community in mind, we are always keen to hear the feedback from our patients, good or bad.
Patient Participation Group
Our Patient Participation Group (PPG) are committed to representing the wants and needs of our patients. The group is actively involved with steering the practice in a positive direction. By reviewing complaint treads and helping with patient education. We welcome feedback and views of the group.
To reflect our patient demographics, we are always keen to welcome new members. Currently the group is lacking in commitment from our younger and minority background patients and would therefore love to hear from patients willing to become involved either by attending the meetings or as a virtual member.
To become a member, please email [email protected].
We hold regular PPG meetings within our practice premises.
The last PPG Meeting was in August 2024 Minutes August 2024
