The practice management team support staff and patients alike, we accept that things don’t always go to plan and help to find resolutions when this is the case. We also help celebrate achievements when things go well.
The overall running of the surgery is provided by the management team, managing all the business aspects of the practice such as making sure that the right systems are in place to provide a high quality of patient care, human resources, finance, patient safety, premises, equipment, and information technology. The team supports the GPs and other medical professionals with delivering patient services and helps to develop extended services to enhance patient care.
