Online consultations allow you to input information so your doctors can triage your concerns and offer the right care. Once completed we will get back to you within 2 working days, if not sooner. Anyone can complete an eConsult, you do not need a login to do so.
You can submit an eConsult online, and your responses are then reviewed by a GP who will decide the most appropriate outcome for you – this may be a prescription, a telephone call, or a face-to-face appointment with any of the following clinicians: Physicians Associate, Nurse Practitioner, Musculoskeletal Practitioner (FCP), Pharmacist or GP.
We also use eConsult to send out online questionnaires for medication reviews.
You can use eConsult to contact us for admin queries such as an extension to a sick note.
