A patient using the NHS mobile phone app

You can download the NHS App for free on your smartphone or tablet. Once set up you will be able access your medical records; view your vaccinations; order prescriptions; and view/cancel appointments.

There is also a lot of information and self help pages within in the App, which may mean that you can get the help you need without contacting the surgery.
