We are a total triage practice, which means you don’t need to ring the surgery to book an appointment. The quickest way to access our services is through either eConsult directly or via the NHS App (available 6.30am – 6.30pm).
By answering the questions provided we can quickly triage your request. For those patients who need extra assistance we can offer the same service via telephone. Your responses are then reviewed by a GP who will decide the most appropriate outcome for you – this may result in advice and signposting, a prescription being issued, a referral, or the offering of a telephone call, or a face-to-face appointment.
We have several different types of clinicians, each with their own expertise and skill sets. You will be offered care with the most appropriate clinician.
Exclusions – please telephone the surgery to book routine nurse appointments for smear tests, childhood immunisations, dressings, B12’s, pneumococcal or shingles vaccinations.
