Test Results
Investigations are an important part of our work, to help diagnose and monitor conditions. These include blood tests, swabs, or cultures, and x-rays. Once the tests have been carried out, you should be able to review your results online. These will usually be available within 5 working days (you will be informed if there are specific tests, which may take longer)
Please note that we will only be able to report on investigations that were ordered by a clinician at the Surgery.
If a clinician reviews your results and identifies action to be taken, you will be contacted. There is no need for you to contact the surgery.
Once you are registered with the NHS App or SystmOnline you can access your results following the links below:

Test results arranged by other organisations.
For results of investigations arranged by the hospital or a clinician outside of the surgery, please contact the requesting hospital or clinician to obtain these results. We will not be able to report on these.
If you have any issues in doing so you should contact the hospital’s complaint line known as PALS – Patient Advice and Liaison Service.
Call 01702 385333 between 10am and 2pm, Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).
