Thank you

Booster Vaccinations : We are now able to book your booster vaccination.   Either contact the surgery on 01702 482900 where we will be pleased to arrange an appointment for you, or you can book at one of the mass vaccination centres by following this link -  Booster vaccinations can only be given after 6 months after your 2nd vaccination, not before.

We have been advised that due to freight issues, deliveries of our flu vaccines are delayed.  As yet, no delivery date is confirmed.  We have therefore suspended any further booking of appointments until we have some confirmed delivery dates.  Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.    We will contact those patients affected in due course with alternative appointment dates.  These are available for all over 50's as well as those under 50 with underlying health conditions.  Please contact the surgery on 01702 482900 to arrange an appointment.

Children's Flu vaccination appointments are now available.  These are for 2 & 3 year olds, plus those aged 4-16 with underlying health conditions.  Please contact us on 01702 482900 to arrange your appointment.

As we move out of restrictions we are currently experiencing a huge increase in demand on our services.  We would ask that patients’ think before they call us as to whether another service can be of assistance – NHS 111, Community Pharmacies, can all provide valuable assistance for some ailments.  Should you need to contact the practice, we would ask that you please be respectful to our staff and treat them with courtesy and respect.  Sadly, we have seen a large increase in abuse towards our staff which we will not tolerate under any circumstances.  Should such an instance arise our Zero Tolerance procedures will be initiated and you will be asked to register with another practice as we will not accept abuse towards our extremely hard-working staff who have worked so diligently throughout the pandemic.  The Pall Mall Surgery clinical team has continued to see patients face-to-face throughout the pandemic and will continue to do so.   Please work with us to maintain the high standards of care we always strive to provide.

If you do wish to discuss any concerns with the practice please kindly contact us by telephone.

To make an appointment you will need to contact the surgery by phone ONLY.  We are not able to take appointment requests face to face.  To manage the current situation and to care for our patients and staff the Pall Mall Surgery shall be managing appointments, firstly by using telephone triage.  If the clinician feels you need to be seen an appointment will be made for you to attend the surgery.

We have worked hard to put measures into place to ensure that any visits to the surgery are kept as safe as possible.

NHS Guidelines state that any patient attending the Pall Mall Surgery will need to wear a face mask / face covering.  Children under the age of 5 are exempt.  Any persons not wearing a mask will not be permitted to enter, unless they are covered by the guidelines for those who are exempt. This rule will continue after July 19th.

If you are suffering from any respiratory symptoms such as cough, temperature, and / or sore throat and you are asked to attend the surgery you will be given an appointment in a designated area.  Please wait in your car until we call you on your mobile at the time of your appointment.

The Partners and staff at the Pall Mall Surgery thank you for your patience at this difficult time.
