The Pall Mall Surgery is closed for all National Bank Holidays.
Please note that this practice is taking part in the government's "Time to Learn" initiative and like many others in the Southend area will be closed for the whole afternoon and evening, normally the first Tuesday of each month. In this respect the surgery will close at 13:00 and re-open at 07:00 the next morning. Posters will be displayed at the practice to inform patients.

Evening / Weekend and Bank Holiday GP Service :
You can now book an evening or weekend appointment with a GP or Practice Nurse.
Our surgery provides additional GP and Nurse appointments on weekday evenings, 1830 to 2000 and weekends, 0900 to 1700.
An out-of-hours appointment may not be at Pall Mall. When you book an appointment, you will be told where the appointment will be.

North Shoebury Surgery, Frobisher Way, Shoeburyness, Southend on Sea, SS3 8UT
or Queensway Surgery, 75 Queensway, Southend on Sea, SS1 2AB
NHS 111 - Alternatively you can access urgent assistance by calling 111. A triage nurse will assess your situation and take appropriate action. This could simply be by offering advice or where necessary by making arrangements for you to be seen by a doctor.
Out-of-hours services are generally busy so please think carefully before asking to see a doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.
In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
